Includes everything shown. Appears to be in working condition. The USB cable (2.0) is mainly for completion but it will not hook up directly to a computer, it must be done through the network. Go to the Mycloud webpage, create an account, find the device, perform a reset, and then the account will be linked to the device. You may need to reboot the unit in this process.
Additionally, it says "16TB" but the total storage space is under 8TB (closer to 7TB). It is in RAID and so there is another 8TB that constantly makes a backup of the data (from what I have read).
