In service since 1891, the venerable Mosin Nagant was the standard rifle of the Russian infantryman in WW1 and WW2, and was in use in communist armies around the world well into the 1960s. This Vintage SOVIET RUSSIAN WW2 91/30 MOSIN NAGANT RIFLE BIRCH HAND GUARD is in very good condition, with some light finish abrading to the metal ends, some light darkening and spot scuffing at each front end, and with some light overall age wear evident (ALL pictured). Otherwise, the hand guard is in fine shape, with absolutely no cracking or other damage to the elegantly finished birch construction.
