Army communication soldier of Soviet USSR Army field tunic “Gymnasterka”. The tunic is made out of heavy cotton at Soviet military factory in 1969 and has original stamp of Soviet military factory (see picture).
The tunics style of 1960th is the same as WWII tunics.
It comes with 3- 1980th awarded badges “Soviet Guards”, “Excellence in Soviet Army” and 2nd
Class classification badge (made out of aluminum). For the convenience of the Buyer we will enclose 12 original 1970th Soviet military buttons which is difficult to find. Chest size is 43”; Shoulders-18"; Neck-16"; Sleeve-25"; Length-28". The tunic shirt is in great condition
considering its age; iy has some small spots and 1 small 1/4” hole on left sleeve (see pictures)
. The tunic has patches to reinforce elbows. Original Soviet USSR military 1960th shirts in this condition are extremely rare. Great to wear and for collection.
Please note: the tunic is original military part of uniform and it can not be put on as a regular T-shirt; to try on tunic you need to put through both hands first and after that to pull it over the head.
To determine chest size of the tunic we always measure distance between 2 armpits and multiply by two.
