This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by The Doors af the album release called " In Concert "  .  This Longbox release was originally issued in 1991 on the Elektra Records label with a CAT. NR . : 61082-2 .     The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1" d .  The 2 cd set was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in Nice condition - but is Not enclosed in shrink wrap.  However, this longbox has never been flattened and still has it's original dimensional integrity. The double-thick longbox was cut open over the bottom flap -  to remove the cd set - a number of years ago. The bottom & Top flaps fold back nicely into the longbox.  There is some light shelf & use wear signs and very light corner  & edge wear signs to the outer longbox.  The use wear is not too noticeable or distracting for front side viewing.
