Box Has Normal Wear On Edges  From Age, Storage or Display.
This Very Unique Bar Tool Is Made Of Metal. Marked Vaughn U.S.A 62
Measures Approx.  5-1/4 " Long x 2-1/8" Wide
I'm Guessing On The Date,  But Being No Zip Code On The Address On The Box &   The Need For A Beer Can Opener ~ I would guess 1940s -1950s

The Box Instructions Read As Follows
This Is To Introduce You To The Bar Fly, A Very Unique Bar Tool. The Little Guy Will Preform The Following Functions.
