    Description

    This is a used and in good working condition Synology NAS with 8 bays. Each bay has a 4TB WD Red drive installed. The drives are formatted as a Synology RAID 6. This give you 21.8 TB of total available storage space, and two redundant drives. (Two dives can fail and the data is still intact). If you want less protection and more space you can use RAID5.
    The drives came from a working system however, I did a secure erase on every drive, then did a full parity check and then a complete Data Scrub. This checking process took more than a week. Any drive that failed was replaced and got a full retest. Two of the drives are new. I attached the readout of each of the final tests. All drives show zero errors on all tests.
    I do not have the original box however, I do have a Synology box and it will ship in this. I will ship it with full insurance for the amount you paid.
