RELISTED — first buyer cancelled. Synology DS412+ 4-bay DiskStation NAS with upgraded 4GB RAM (from 1GB). Add your own drives up to 48 TB (4 x 12TB) per official specs, or use one slot for an SSD cache to improve random read performance.
Good working condition with normal cosmetic signs of wear (see photos). Only selling this workhorse because we upgraded to a newer model. Used it as home/office NAS, VPN server and occasional media server. Backups via USB or eSATA. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports support link aggregation (LAG) if you have a switch that supports it.
Includes power adapter and cable as pictured. Screen shots show latest DSM 6.2.4 software. (Note I installed a 1TB drive for testing purposes, which is not included in this sale.)
