Starrett No. 199 master precision level that measures 15" with beautiful wooden case that is in very nice used condition. It has been taken care you will find a few minor cosmetic imperfections but nothing that will hinder its usefulness. The bubbles look great. The bottom working surface is very smooth! It has only minimal scratches. There are no initials or engravings anywhere on it or protective case. This case has done a very good job of protecting this level. It has suffered some scratches, scuffs, and a few dings from doing its job. It is still very solid, opens and closes easily, latches shut, and holds this tool securely. It will continue to protect this level for many years to come. Please look at all of the photographs as they can help describe the condition of this master precision level much better than I can. This American made tool is ready to go to work immediately and would make a great addition to any precision toolbox.
