Stampin’ Up! Retired "Lace Ribbon" Border Punch. Condition is gently used. Shipped with USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope, whichever is cheaper for your location.
Please notice there is a mark on the back of the punch where initials were written with a Sharpie marker and have now been removed with rubbing alcohol leaving a slight mark behind.  This will not affect the workings of the punch, but I want to make sure you are aware before bidding so you're not surprised.

to make some interesting effects and decorations. (please see photos)
Item comes from a home with woodstove and a dog.  While wood heat is awesome, it does leave a film on all things plastic.  This is not cigarette smoke that is sticky or smells, but you may see signs of it on the plastic.  I just like folks to be aware before bidding.  Thanks!
