The stamps are mounted, cling-mount

and have never been used. The outside packaging does have a little bit of fading
from being in my sunny craft room

I'm not sure if the 1" Square "Stamp" paper punch ever got used, but it no longer has the original packaging and has some marks on the top from nail polish remover or something like that.  The metal punch on the bottom is unaffected, but the close-up photo shows the "white" markings on the top of the punch.  I don't want anyone to be surprised if they win the bid.
Some photos from Pinterest are included for inspiration.  This is a great coordinating set that deserves to be used! The punch goes well with many other stamp sets or alone with designer paper!
Items come from a home with woodstove and a dog.  While wood heat is awesome, it does leave a film on all things plastic.  This is not cigarette smoke that is sticky or smells, but you may see signs of it on the plastic packaging.  I just like folks to be aware before bidding.  Thanks!
