RUSSIAN M44 MOSIN NAGANT WOOD STOCK WITH BUTT PLATE

Description

For sale is an original Russian Mosin Nagant M44 Wood stock. It has the following-butt plate, sling well metal both front and butt, both barrel band springs, cross bolt brace and screw brace in stock comb ( factory ). Wood is in very good condition. Not beat up and cracked like I have seen so many.  The spots on the stock are mostly varnish that has flaked off. The stock could be refinished very easily. On the right side at the muzzle end is a 3 1/2 long by 1/2 inch wide splice that has replaced a broken piece of wood. The work was very good ( I believe arsenal ) and is smooth on both the outside and inside of barrel channel. The only markings I see is an x and o in the barrel channel and a 2 in front of top of the butt plate.  All metal in good condition. SELL IN US ONLY.
