    You are bidding on 8" x 12" sepia inscribed/signed photograph of Swiss born-American pianist, conductor, composer, music educator, RUDOLPH  GANZ (1877-1972) to "Miss Myra Howe with kindest regards sincerely (signed) Rudolph Ganz, March 1926.
    The photograph is in VF condition/at bottom of photo there is light discoloration.
    GANZ, a piano student of Busoni, was also conductor of the St. Louis Symphony from 1912-1917; Director of Chicago Music College and Juilliard.
    He is known for being the first pianist to conduct an orchestra for the concerto in which he played by piano roll.
    He is dedicatee of Ravel's "Scarbo."
