Rockwell Hardness Tester Model 3 OUR Tester #3 OUR-20 Wilson Zerominder.
The base measures 16" X 8" X 25" tall.
I'm not a machinist but I played around with it and it appears to work but probably needs calibrated.
Hoping the pictures show the condition.
Pick up in Kent, OH.
It's quite heavy so I can secure to a pallet but would need for you to take care of the truck pick up.
