    " published less than a month after the German invasion on 18 July 1941!!!!  This is a historically notable document describing the introduction of the hated/feared political officer (
    politruk
    ) system.  The eight-page document is pocket-sized (approx 3" x 4.25") and in excellent condition with slightest wear commensurate with age as photographed.  Excellent, genuine artifact on its own merit or could be used with reenactor display.  I can professionally translate for additional charge after agreeement.  May combine postage with other eBay winnings.
