Consists of double 1.5" diameter open ball sockets, each of which rotate through 360°.  In the middle is a connecting swivel joint that rotates forward and back 180°. The combination of rotating rubber ball and socket joints at either end together with the central pivot point provides unsurpassed adjustment.
Accommodates the standard 1.5" ball used for most heavy-duty laptop and industrial applications.  Very useful for laptop mounts, printer mounts, and process equipment.
