Optodyne dual beam laser set, L-104 laser, P210-IATCP controller

Here is an Optodyne dual beam laser set.  It is shown powered on.  Occasionally the beams flicker slightly and there is a high pitched whine.  It is listed as "parts or not working" because of this.  The vertical aluminum piece attached to the laser base
plate is not included.
