There are 4 cultured pearls separating the wings and the center double heart. The attractive anklet has a super strong bismarck chain attached. An additional 9" chain to add on is available to also wear it as a necklace. The anklet length is the standard 9 inches with a spring ring end (longer lengths are available at .00 for each additional inch). Comes in box.
