    Description

    Netgear ReadyNAS RN516 with 6x3TB HGST 7200 RPM drives, a power cable, and pre-loaded with "extras." I upgraded the CPU, per this guide https://community.netgear.com/t5/New-ReadyNAS-Users-General/How-to-Upgrade-the-CPU-and-RAM-in-a-ReadyNAS-516/m-p/1140753 which essentially made it an RN716. I ran Plex on this for many years as my primary NAS unit and it can easily transcode multiple 1080p streams. The RAM is also upgraded to 16GB. The drives have no sector errors on them, but alas they do have to ship as-is. Drives will be individually wrapped and put in the box to avoid bending the chassis. The order in which they are installed matters, so they will be labeled.
    The "extras" is that I've pre-loaded this unit with about 21TB of my non-kid movies from the past 20 years. All media is in an MKV container, 99% is a 1080 bluray remux rip, so the files are typically 20-40GB each. The winner of the auction can get a full list of what's available and I'll rearrange files up to the max available capacity of this unit.
