The first photograph of the small and large springs
is actually ONE DOUBLE spring
that has been cut.  See second, third, and fourth photo for the double springs before cutting that you will receive 12 of (smaller spring is inside the larger spring so you will need to separate).  Once cut the smaller springs are still a nice size measuring approx. 5.5" tall and are great for smaller projects!  The last photo shows the springs before and after cutting.  The inside smaller spring is extremely sturdy standing on its own.  The larger spring (approx. 8" tall) will need some bending at the base to make it wider for standing.
The color of the springs are a silvery gray metal.  Each of your 12 double springs are new and come to you individually sealed and wrapped.
