) will exchange or refund your purchase on any part not installed or damaged, with original packaging and in resellable condition within 14 days from the date of delivery, less original shipping charges incured by RREP. If a return is due to a manufacture defect (determined by RREP) then full amount will be refunded. RREP will issue a shipping label for return shipping on manufacture defect items, if RREP determines no defect exists, the return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.
NO RETURNS ON OPEN GASKETS

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items. Returns must go thru ebay's Return Progarm and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to any return being accepted, to obtain an RGA please call 702-333-0123 or email using the ebay contact form. Roadrunner Engine Parts & the respective manufactures will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, freon, filters, lodging, car or truck rental. Any item returned to Roadrunner Engine Parts for credit must be sent by the original purchaser, and must be accompanied by a Roarunner Engine Parts RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
