They come with a few "instant buttons" as can be seen in the pics. Give all of those pics a good looking over and see if these braces might be a good thing for you or as a gift.
The suspenders were in an original bag that was very compromised, it made no sense to accompany the braces in pics. They are right out of a walk-in closet drawer from here near Boston in an old New England estate. The condition is excellent. Again, check the pics.
