The CUZZI DMED1 is is a height adjustable medical computer workstation, suitable for sitting or standing operation, at a touch of a gas assisted pedal. This medical cart works with a laptop or a desktop computer. The tabletop slides open forward so a laptop can be placed inside and secured with a lock. The keyboard tray slides in and out and it even includes a sliding mouse tray. When using a monitor screen on the bracket, the height of the screen can be adjusted along the pole.
With this medical mobile point-of-care computing cart, you can use a laptop as a CPU. You add a keyboard on the keyboard tray plus a monitor on the LCD bracket, as shown below.
Another set-up is to use the laptop's own screen, which can be set up vertically through the rear of the tabletop, as shown lower on this page.
An optional 2 drawer unit can be added, as shown in the thumbnail images on this page. It attaches right under the keyboard drawer.
Internal dimensions per drawer:
12.75 W x 10.25 D x 2 H inches.
In the case that you will not be using the LCD bracket, you can simply remove it, and then you can use the laptop on the tabletop.
The height of the table easily adjusts via a pneumatic foot-pedal, from 35 to 47.5".
