Unit was purchased used without drive rails or power supply.  New replacements of those parts were purchased, but unit just flashes blue.  I did not have time to troubleshoot.  It might be RAM, power issues, or bad motherboard.  Consider this a purchase for spare parts.  Unit is being sold AS-IS.  new power supply and replacement drive rails/carriers included.  Unit has some scratches but was otherwise physically perfect with no signs of abuse.  No drives included.
