Condition: Says Size 40 (I doubt it) - these are the measurements I got: Waist 19", Arm Length 25", Shoulders 30" and length from neck line to bottom 36" - This is beautiful but not marked and no label (maybe ward-stilson) - there are many neck and other fabric torn/worn areas that I'm not sure can be repaired, but they should be! I noticed at least 1 metal decoration is missing - This is OLD and beautiful - heavy wool - Sold AS-IS - Look at the pics, ok?
