ANGELO PILOTTO SIGNED PHOTO,"Angelo Pilotto, (Scarpia) 'Tosca', New York, June 20, 1946", 8 x 10, sepia, James Abresch Studio, NY, photo of the the opertic baritone, as Scarpia, in Tosca, with the New York San Carlo Opera Company. It's of interest to note that the San Carlo Opera Company was a touring grand opera company founded by the Italian-American impresario Fortune Gallo who built the Gallo Opera House on West 54th Street in New York City. Years later it became the home of the famous Studio 54. Pilotto continued to perform into the 1970s. In fine condition. #10797
