Seven vintage all original 1910's/1920's/1930's and some newer Golden Age Of Opera operatic press and promotional promo photos photographs with six of unidentified performers, singers and musicians. These photos are from the estate of Dorothy Crowthers who was the Editor-In-Chief Of The Baton magazine of The Institute Of Musical Art Of The Juilliard School Of Music. The photos include one Arturo Toscanini matte finish 8" by 10" heavy stock with the photo marked "V. Laviosa, Roma, New York" and the back marked "Credit Laviosa". It is in excellent condition. One glossy 6 1/2" by 9 3/4" of a man standing next to a car. One 6" by 8" matte sepia style of an opera singer in full costume with wig and with the photo marked "C, Mishkin, N. Y.". One glossy 4 3/4" by 7 3/8" of a standing man in a suit. One 6" by 8" matte sepia style of an opera singer in full costume with hat and with the photo marked "C, Mishkin, NY". One matte finish 8" by 10" heavy stock of a serious man wearing glasses and with the photo marked "Mishkin, NY". One large 7" by 9 1/8" matte finish photo on a larger backing of a young man. The photo is embossed in the right hand bottom corner with the photographer's name but I can't make out the letters. The 7 photos show some storage wear as pictured. I will be listing many other photos from the estate some signed and some unsigned in the near future. These items are sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. .00 USPS postage.
