Nice group of 10 vintage all original very rare and hard to find 1930's to 1950's Golden Age Of Opera operatic music photographs. They are from the estate of Dorothy Crowthers who was the Editor-In-Chief Of The Baton magazine of The Institute Of Musical Art Of The Juilliard School Of Music from 1922 to 1932. The ten black and white photos with unidentified opera related people include one 9 1/2" by 7 3/4" sepia opera cast embossed with "L. F. Nathan, 101 West 42nd St., N. Y. C.". The photo is stamped "Proofs". I am not sure what opera it is from. Three glossy opera photos all embossed with "Foto Giacomelli-Venezia" and stamped the same on the back. Two are 9" by 7" and one is 7" by 5". One 10" by 8" glossy photo of opera related people in a canoe type row boat. One photo of a couple holding hands. Four smaller 5" by 3" photos of opera related people overseas.  I will be listing many other photos from the estate some signed and some unsigned in the near future.
